Memberships
How do I sign up?
Drop by our studio Tue-Fri: 11am-8pm, Sat-Sun: 11am-6pm & PH (Closed on Mondays) and bring your clothes too! Get your membership and your points on the spot.*
Can my friends use my points or membership?
The more the merrier! You’re welcome to share your points with your friends. However, if they want to bring in items of their own, get them to register for a membership too!
What happens to the remaining points when my membership expires?
Don’t worry! Your remaining points will be added when you renew your membership. Alternatively, you can top up $12 to use your remaining points on a one-time swap.
Can I top up or buy points with cash?
We believe in swapping to lessen waste and therefore, the only way you can earn more points is by bringing in items you’d like to swap!
Can I buy the items without having a membership?
Yes you can! We encourage you to swap but until then, you can purchase the items that catch your eye.
How do I check my balance points?
You will be receiving a digital swap account where you can access your points anywhere and anytime.
Alternatively, send us a Whatsapp message on +65 8399 5343 and we will update you on your balance points.
Can I use my points to sign up for events/workshops or pay for tailoring services?
For now, we don’t allow the use of points, but as a member, you get a discount depending on the type of your membership (check the membership page),
How often do you get new items?
We get new items daily from different members, but we change inventory every other Tuesday and top up when needed.
ITEMS
How many items can I bring per visit?
For one time swap memberships, you can bring up to 8 items, for the 3-month membership you can bring up to 28pts and for the one- year membership, you can bring in as many or as little as you’d like!
How are the points for my items assessed?
We have generated a point- system that assesses your items based on their quality, style, brand and swaps-ability
What happens to my rejected items?
As much as we would love to rescue every piece handed to us, space constraints do not allow it, hence we return items that do not pass our quality checks. We would advise you to conduct your own quality check before coming down so you can get as many points possible on the spot!*
Can I return my items?
We have a no refund or return policy, but you can RE-SWAP! (As long as it is in awesome condition, of course.) Our advice? Make sure you inspect all merchandise carefully.
Can I reserve items?
But of course! An item with a maximum of 8 points can be reserved for 7 days (up to 3 items only).

Do you have any changing rooms?
Yes! Drop by our studio and try on as many items as you’d like.
What are your payment methods?
We only accept cash and payment through PAYNOW, PAYLAH, GRABPAY, GOOGLEPAY, and PAYPAL.
How do I get there?
298 Jln Besar, #04-00 Allenby House, Singapore 208959, is currently home to our studio!
